U.S. Representative Richard Hanna

I voted Yes on H.R. 765, the Ski Area Recreational Opportunity Enhancement Act.  The bill would authorize the Agriculture Department to issue permits allowing for appropriate year-round activities within national forest ski areas.  The bill would require any new activity to harmonize with the natural environment and be located within the developed portions of the ski area.  I support responsible recreational activities in our great national forests.
